Return & Exchange Policy

At Al Haseeb Furniture, we aim to deliver premium furniture that meets your expectations in quality, design, and comfort. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a fair and transparent return and exchange policy.



Eligibility for Return or Exchange

You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • The item was delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The request is made within 3 days of receiving the item.

  • The product is unused, unassembled, and in its original condition and packaging.

  • You provide proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).



Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Custom or made-to-order furniture

  • Furniture that has been used, installed, or damaged by the customer

  • Clearance or sale items marked “non-returnable”

  • Items without original packaging or invoice



Exchange Process

If your item is eligible for an exchange:

  • Provide your order details, issue description, and photos (if damaged or defective).

  • Our team will verify and coordinate pickup, replacement, or solution.



Return Shipping & Handling

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, damaged, etc.), we will arrange free pickup and replacement.

  • If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer will bear return shipping and handling costs (if approved).



Refund Policy

In rare approved cases of refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days after item inspection.

  • Refunds will be processed through the original payment method or via bank transfer.
