Al Haseeb Furniture is a registered furniture business based in Gujrat, Pakistan. We specialize in offering high-quality home furniture through both in-store and online platforms.

2. Product Information

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and lighting. Product dimensions are approximate and should be confirmed before placing custom orders.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices listed on our website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We accept:

  • Cash on Delivery (in select areas)

  • Bank Transfer

  • Online Payment (where available)

Orders are only processed upon receipt of full or partial payment (for custom pieces).

4. Order Process

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email or WhatsApp. Orders for standard items are generally processed within 2–5 business days. Custom orders may take longer, based on design and material availability.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product availability, errors in pricing, or suspicious activity.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery timelines depend on your location and the type of product ordered. Standard delivery within Gujrat usually takes 2–5 business days, while nationwide shipping may take up to 10 business days.

Delivery charges will be calculated based on the destination and weight of the items.

6. Returns and Cancellations

We do not offer returns on standard or customized furniture once delivered, except in the case of:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Damage during transit (must be reported within 24 hours of delivery)

Order cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing the order. Custom-made items cannot be canceled once production begins.

7. Warranty and Claims

Some of our furniture comes with a limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Please refer to the product listing or contact us directly for warranty terms. Claims must include visual proof and may take 5–7 working days for assessment.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content including logos, text, images, and product designs are the property of Al Haseeb Furniture. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

Al Haseeb Furniture will not be held responsible for indirect or consequential damages, delays in shipping, or issues beyond our control, such as acts of nature or courier service failures.

10. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information when placing orders or creating an account. Misuse of our website, including fraudulent transactions, spam, or attempts to breach our systems, will lead to account suspension or legal action.
